Notice of Cancellation of Regular Election by the Designated Election Official for the South-East Englewood Warer District

Notice is Hereby Given by the South-East Englewood Water District, Arapahoe County, Colorado, that at the close of business on March 4, 2025 there were not more candidates for Director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby cancelled.

The following candidates are declared elected:

• John Ballantine: Four Year Term
• Bryan Wainscott: Four Year Term
• Sean C. Weldon: Four Year Term
